Booking and cancellation conditions

Cancelation :

– Standard rate: In case of cancellation up to and including 21 days before the arrival date, the establishment does not charge any fees. In case of cancellation within 21 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the establishment charges the full amount (100%) of the stay. 

– In Non-Refundable Rate: no refund, whatever the reason. In the event of the closure of Morocco’s borders, a credit for 12 months will be granted to you.

Prepayment (not Reservation):

– In Standard Rate: no prepayment required. Pre-authorization of the stay at the end of the cancellation period without fees (21 days before the stay for direct bookings; 21 days before the stay for OTA bookings).

– In Non-Refundable Rate: payment required by credit card upon reservation.

Applicable law : 

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Moroccan law. The language of this contract is French. The conditions of sale corresponding to the offers proposed on this Site are subject to the consumer protection provisions applicable in Morocco. Any dispute shall be subject to a prior attempt at friendly settlement. In the absence of an friendly settlement, only the Moroccan courts will have jurisdiction to deal with the dispute.

Payment terms : 

Payment for purchases on the Site is made exclusively in MAD, EUR, USD.

The customer's order must be validated by payment, due as soon as the order is placed. The customer may pay for his order : 

- By credit card.

The only credit cards accepted on the Site are : Visa and Mastercard

The customer's account will be debited for the total value of the products purchased, including VAT in Morocco, or excluding VAT if exported, at the time the order is validated.

A proof of payment is sent to the Customer by e-mail.

However, S2R LODGE (Riad Jardin des sens & Spa) reserves the right to suspend the order and any delivery in the event of refusal to authorise payment by credit card by the accredited organisation or in the event of non-payment. S2R LODGE (Riad Jardin des sens & Spa) also reserves the right to suspend the current order in the event of a payment dispute or any other dispute relating to a previous order by the Customer.
