Riad molto elegante, intimo e accogliente
staff super gentile, tutti molto disponibili...nessuno escluso dai manager ai ragazzi della colazione, alla sig.ra che si occupa dell'Hammam
consiglio infatti di lasciarsi coccolare dalla loro spa e almeno una sera fermarsi a cenare da loro.....sarà una grande sorpresa per l0alta qualità anche della cucina
la colazione varia e cambia ogni giorno

Super centrale,praticamente nella piazza patrimonio Unesco!
Il personale tutto è meraviglioso…in primis Redouan,poche volte ho conosciuto una persona con un animo così gentile e perbene ,Grazieeee!hai reso la nostra vacanza una coccola magica!
Le camere arredate con cura e raffinatezza!
La colazione in terrazza è superlativa e infine L’Hammam incredibile,le mani di Zara non le dimenticherò mai !

Aesthetics, staff, breakfasts

Siamo stati al Riad Le Jardin des Sens & Spa, a fine maggio. Il riad è spettacolare curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Jinina, che si affaccia sul cortile e sulla piscina. La camera è bellissima e finemente decorata.
Abbiamo cenato nel riad ed il cibo era delizioso.
Abbiamo usufruito de servizio taxi e della guida per scoprire al meglio Marrakech.
Consigliamo caldamente questo riad per chi vuole scoprire la città.
Un grazie particolare allo staff sempre gentile e disponibile.

The staff was an amazing team. Extremely helpfull to let you feel at home

The property was beautiful and had lovely facilities. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much for them!

È difficile descrivere l’esperienza presso Le jardin des senses. Un ambiente bellissimo dove ti trovi la tranquillità pur essendo a 5 minuti dalla piazza. Il personale è meraviglioso e ti fa sentire come a casa, mai ho trovato uno staff di questo livello tutti preparati tutti professionali e mai invadenti. A partire da Redouan che è il direttore e che ci ha aiutato nella scelta della guida nella scelta dei ristoranti e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni delle quali avevamo bisogno. Una cucina semplice ma veramente buona ci ha accolto la prima sera per poi proseguire con la colazione marocchina con ampia scelta. L’ambiente è bellissimo è degno di un 5 stelle. Abbiamo fatto l’hamman con massaggio e anche questa è stata un ‘esperienza meravigliosa. Avevamo prenotato l’hamman e per un guasto non è stato possibile farlo il giorno previsto: per venirci incontro vista la nostra successiva partenza ci hanno dato la possibilità di farlo alle 22 oppure ci avrebbero accompagnato ad un hamman esterno a loro spese. Abbiamo fatto la Cooking Class con spesa al mercato di Mellah insieme alla chef Nazira anche questa da consigliare assolutamente. 5 stelle tutta la vita!

Best riad I’ve stayed in. Wonderful staff, Redouan does an excellent job making his guests feel welcome, even before arrival. Delicious food, comfortable room, beautifully decorated with style. Good hamman. I’ll be back!

Amazing staff Mohamed and other staff were gracious, kind, helpful and the riad was so beautiful! The food was modified for our allergies and it was delicious . Highly recommend for all travellers looking for clean, safe, beautiful experience with amazing staff!

If you go to Marrakesh, stay here. What a wonderful Riad; beautifully designed rooms and shared spaces, an amazing breakfast served on the roof terrace but what we appreciated most were the fantastic staff. Everyone from the kitchen staff, who make many of the breakfast delights, the owner, the manager and the staff who serve you were amazing and we would/will not hesitate to return here .

It is a beautifully kept property with unique design.

The property was amazing. 3 minute walk to the Medina. Centre of the town.

My boyfriend and I recently had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful riad, and we can’t recommend it enough!
We were transported into an oasis of calm. It was so serene that we felt like we had the place to ourselves at times!
The staff (Redouan (who we called Riadaddy), Said, Mohammad, and all the housekeeping staff) went above and beyond in every way, offering warm and genuine hospitality. They were attentive without being overbearing, always available to assist with anything we needed, whether it was arranging transport, spa treatments, making sure we were well fed and watered or simply offering local recommendations. Made us feel like proper guests rather than tourists.
Breakfast was a feast that included tasty pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese and made-to-order omelettes. One of the mornings we had an early start and we were kindly given little food-to-go packages filled with everything you needed to start your day. So thoughtful and kind!
One experience you need to do whilst in Marrakech is a traditional hammam & massage treatment and this was offered within the riad. It was a perfect mix of luxury and chill, with mint tea given at the end, with the opportunity to dip in the pool after or relax throughout different spots in the riad. Razia and team made us feel comfortable throughout.
The location was also perfect, nestled in the medina, it was so to all the major attractions. After a busy day of exploring, returning to the riad felt like stepping into a peaceful haven.
We would recommend staying here to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and truly special experience!

The service is exceptional

Well located, comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast, but the best about it is the staff. Sophie and Samuel are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We had a great time there and wish we could return.
Additionally, the spa service was fantastic. Why didn't I give a top rating to the facilities? Perhaps because I was coming from Fes, where I stayed at a very old Riad that is a national treasure, in some ways it is an unfair comparison.
Within Marrakesh this is a top place, I highly recommend it.

Si potrebbe definire un’oasi di pace a due passi dal caos della piazza centrale.

Great location and walkable to most tourist attractions, especially Jemaa-el-Fna.
Well priced, well maintained property that was very clean. The breakfast and dinner were plentiful and was tasty too. We also had massages which I would recommend.
All the staff were exceptional. They couldn’t help you enough, especially our welcome from Said and throughout our stay Nazha and Mohammed were fantastic. I would 100% stay here again.

The riad is in a very convenient location to the madina-, Souks and jemaa el-Fnaa and is very beautiful. All the main sites within Marrakech are within walking distance. The staff and owner were extremely helpful booking transfers and providing recommendations. The breakfast is large and varied with pastries, fruit and eggs, etc. Would highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble making for a lovely stay within the city

This is the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed! The Riad is so well decorated, peaceful, with a stunning rooftop and lovely pool. Absolutely loved it here, we had a wonderful time.

This hidden gem exemplifies everything a traditional Moroccan riad should be, while seamlessly incorporating modern comforts that today’s discerning travelers expect.
From the moment of booking, the level of personal attention was remarkable. The riad manager, Redouan, reached out offering a range of services and excursions. We were welcomed with traditional mint tea and Moroccan pastries. The staff anticipated our needs before we even expressed them and personalized recommendations for exploring the Medina were offered daily.
What sets this riad apart is how the staff strike that perfect balance between attentiveness and respecting privacy. Their genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like welcomed friends returning home.
The riad’s spa services centered around their traditional hammam were nothing short of transformative. The spa area creates an atmosphere of profound relaxation with its domed ceiling and soft lighting.
I opted for the signature hammam ritual, beginning with a steam session followed by a revitalizing black soap exfoliation with a kessa glove. The argan oil massage that followed targeted tension points perfectly. The therapist explained each step of the centuries-old ritual while adapting techniques to my preferences.
The spa menu impressively blends traditional Moroccan wellness practices with contemporary techniques. Their orange blossom facial using locally-sourced products left my skin glowing for days.
The Riad manages to embody the magical essence of Marrakech while providing a peaceful sanctuary from the sensory intensity of the Medina. What could have been just a pleasant stay was elevated to an unforgettable experience through the combination of authentic design, genuinely caring staff, and world-class hammam services.

Raramente ci è capitato di sentirci così accolti e coccolati, al Jardin des sens noi ci siamo sentiti a casa!
Grazie a tutto lo staff, in particolare Redouan che ci ha dato il benvenuto e dato suggerimenti sui punti salienti da visitare, ed a tutti i ragazzi, sempre carinissimi e gentili.
Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Camelia, un sogno!
La posizione del riad è inoltre ottima.
Abbiamo amato Marrakech e quando torneremo non c’è dubbio che staremo di nuovo da voi

Central location, beautiful riad with great staff and service.

Riad meraviglioso nel cuore della Medina.
Accoglienza e staff eccezionali, colazione preparata e presentata benissimo , con ogni giorno piatti diversi cucinati al momento.
Camere arredate con ottimo gusto e affacciate su un cortile interno curato ed estremamente rilassante .
La chicca : uno spazio esterno con vista sui tetti di Marrakech e sulla moschea Koutobia dove rilassarsi ascoltando il canto degli uccellini .
Se dovessi tornare a Marrakech, sicuramente tornerei qui!!!

Everything was fabulous throughout our stay. The property is beautiful, hiding just a few minutes walk away from the hustle & bustle of the busy square, it provides a much needed relaxing oasis. The staff are extremely attentive, without being intrusive, nothing is too much trouble. Said was great team leader, himself, Nicer & Mohamed literally couldn’t do enough for us. The riad is quirky in design, there’s lots of nooks & cranies, the roof terrace provides a place for the sun worshipers to enjoy, a shower & cold jacuzzi is available up there along with a bar to enjoy refreshing cold drinks, on the ground floor was the main swimming pool & hamam/beauty spa, with sunbeds situated in the shade to relax on, the lounge provides an area to just sit quietly & read a book in or enjoy some freshly prepared Moroccan tea, with another beautiful small pool/seating area to enjoy.
It was my partners birthday during our stay & Nana organised a wonderful chocolate cake & they ever dressed our room beautifully, such a special treat & greatly appreciated. The manager Redouin has an exceptional team of staff, you can really see the camaraderie, they work like a little family & it’s so lovely to see.
The hospitality we recieved really was like being welcomed into someone’s home.
